Recruitmax Unveils Customer Support Steps

March 17, 2005 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Recruitmax, an HR outsourcer, has implemented a series of new customer support initiatives, the company announced.

Among the enhancements are live, 24-hour, multi-lingual support with regional call routing and live candidate help for customers’ career sites, a customer information portal powered by conceptual search technology, new dedicated support team members and software usage and optimization analysis.

According to a news release, support will be available in six languages, including Italian, Spanish and French.

The announcement said that the company has added several new positions, including techical support analysts, training specialists, technical consultants, customer optimization analysts, quality assurance analysts, knowledge managers and report consultants. A Customer Support Manager will direct Recruitmax’s support staff empoyees.

Technical consultants and support analysts will provide routine support services while customer optimization analysts, report consultants and account managers will provide more strategic information on system utilization and best practices, the company said.
