Reed Keller Named Enterprise Solutions President

April 28, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - SHPS Inc. has tapped Reed Keller as president of Enterprise Solutions, a total benefits outsourcing division, offering HR, benefits and process administration services.

Keller joins SHPS from Argus HRpartners where he served as CEO. Both SHPS and Argus HRpartners are Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe companies.

Prior to his position at Argus HRpartners, Keller spent more than 20 years as a PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) consultant and partner, building and running a HR consultancy and outsourcing service businesses. Keller’s work at PWC culminated with the sale of one of the company’s subsidiaries, Unifi Network, for which he served as CEO (See Mellon Completes Unifi Acquisition ).

Keller was recently named a member of the advisory board of HRO Today, an industry trade publication. SHPS is based in Louisville, Kentucky.
