MissionSquare Promotes Jesse Coleman to Head of Consultant Relations

MissionSquare Retirement promoted Jesse Coleman to head of consultant relations. Coleman has been at MissionSquare for nearly six years, most recently as vice president of the consultant relations group.

Coleman will lead MissionSquare’s strategy to deepen its ties with the consulting community and accelerate growth across its institutional business.

TRA Adds Mykal Davis as Regional Plan Consultant

The Retirement Advantage Inc. added Mykal Davis as a regional plan consultant, focused on expanding TRA’s presence in Southern California and Hawaii. Davis will report to Jeff Schreiber, TRA’s vice president of national sales and distribution.

Davis brings more than 20 years of financial services experience across retirement plan sales, investment management and institutional fixed income. He most recently served as vice president of mid-market retirement plans with USI Consulting Group, where he focused on retirement plan sales and asset growth in Southern California.

The Hartford Names A. Morris Tooker as CEO

A. Morris Tooker

The Hartford Insurance Group Inc.’s board of directors appointed the company president, A. Morris ‘Mo’ Tooker, to succeed Christopher Swift as CEO, effective March 1, 2027. Swift will transition to the role of executive chair of the board as of the same date. In addition, Tooker joined the board, effective October 1.

Tooker began his tenure at The Hartford in 2015 as chief underwriting officer. As president, Tooker has led performance, strategy and enterprise-wide execution.

Swift will lead the board of directors, help guide and oversee corporate strategy, and serve as an adviser to the CEO. He expects to step down as executive chair in the second half of 2027.

T. Rowe Price Hires 2 Regional Consultants

T. Rowe Price announced the appointments of Catherine Carmen and Ryan Manthey as senior relationship managers to serve the Central and Southeast institutional teams, respectively.

Catherine Carmen

Based in Baltimore, Carmen reports to Kyle Lagratta, associate head of institutional business development. Carmen rejoins the firm from Ecosystem Investment Partners, where she served as managing director and head of investor relations, leading global capital raising and institutional investor engagement. From 2015 to 2022, Carmen served in T. Rowe Price’s institutional sales and client services division.

Ryan Manthey

Manthey, based in Atlanta, reports to Chris Tarui, head of global institutional alternatives distribution. Manthey most recently served at Leucadia Asset Management, where he led consultant relationships and business development across the investment platform. He previously held an institutional investor relations role at Two Sigma Investments L.P. and spent more than seven years as an investment consultant at Aon PLC.

Nationwide Hires Mimi Hodac as Consultant Relationship Manager

Nationwide Retirement Solutions Inc. hired Mimi Hodac as a consulting manager serving Nationwide’s West region. Hodac is based in Los Angeles and reports to Barbie Walsh, institutional executive relationship director.

Hodac will build and manage relationships with public- and private-sector consultants and consulting firms across the West.

Hodac brings more than 20 years of experience in the retirement industry, with expertise in business development, client relationship management, consultant relations and strategic planning. Most recently, she served as vice president of consulting relations at Corebridge Financial. Earlier in her career, she held senior relationship manager positions with Lincoln Financial Group and in Prudential Financial’s retirement division.

BenefitHub Appoints 3 to Senior Leadership Positions

BenefitHub, an employee benefits platform, announced three senior additions to its leadership team: Daniel Owens as chief financial officer, Sarah Oliver as executive vice president of voluntary products, and Matt Craven as executive vice president of partnerships. Owens and Oliver report to CEO Jeffrey Litvack and joined BenefitHub’s executive committee. Craven reports to Larry Mieldezis, chief partner officer.

Daniel Owens

Owens brings more than a decade of executive finance leadership experience, previously serving as CFO at Maxio, IO Education, and Marlin Equity Partners. He also held a leadership role with Vista Equity Partners Management LLC’s Vista Consulting Group Inc.

Sarah Oliver

Oliver will lead BenefitHub’s voluntary and group products businesses, bringing more than 20 years of experience across employee benefits, insurance, enrollment and benefits technology. She previously held leadership roles at Unum Group, Guardian Life Insurance, Prudential Group Insurance and Trustmark. Oliver has also served as a board adviser to BenefitHub since 2025.

Craven, who brings more than 25 years of experience building organizations’ software-as-a-service revenue, will lead BenefitHub’s broker, professional employer organization and indirect channel partnerships. Most recently, he served as chief customer officer at Swipeclock.
