SHRM Linkage Names Tracey Walker CEO

Tracey Walker

SHRM Linkage, a company of the Society for Human Resources Management, appointed Tracey Walker as CEO. Walker brings more than two decades of leadership experience across business, government and professional services roles.

Most recently, she served as a principal in and chief culture officer at RSM US before holding leadership roles, including chief experience officer, at Alvarez & Marsal. In her new role, Walker will lead SHRM Linkage’s global leadership development strategy, with a focus on evidence-based organizational performance, leadership excellence and enterprise-level results.

Domain Money Advisors Appoints Jeff Neikrie VP of Business Development

Domain Money Advisors appointed Jeff Neikrie as vice president of business development. Neikrie joins from Zoe Financial, where he was a founding team member and helped scale the firm’s adviser network and recurring revenue.

Neikrie will lead the expansion of Domain Financial Services, the firm’s white-label wealth management solution designed to help registered investment advisers, certified public accountants and financial firms serve emerging affluent clients profitably. 

Fiduciary Trust International Taps New Wealth Director

Fiduciary Trust Co. International hired James Corrigan Jr. as a Washington, D.C.–based wealth director, reporting to Regional Managing Director David Edmiston.

Corrigan joins from First National Bank of Pennsylvania, where he helped expand the firm’s Mid-Atlantic presence. Previously, he held roles at Rockefeller Capital Management, Brown Advisory and Prudential Securities.

According to Fiduciary Trust, the addition supports its continued growth in the Mid-Atlantic region and its focus on serving ultra-high-net-worth families with complex wealth-planning needs. 

NFP Promotes Adam Favale to Head of M&A

NFP named Adam Favale executive vice president and head of mergers and acquisitions, to help with the firm’s middle-market growth strategy.

Favale has been with NFP since 2010 and previously served as a senior leader on its M&A team. He reports to President and COO Michael Goldman and will oversee acquisition strategy across NFP’s property and casualty, employee benefits, wealth management, and retirement advisory businesses. The appointment follows NFP’s recent platform transactions and underscores M&A as a core growth driver for the firm.

Senate Confirms Selig as CFTC Chair, Hill as FDIC Chair

The U.S. Senate on Thursday confirmed Michael Selig as chair of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and Travis Hill as chair of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.

Selig’s confirmation places him at the center of one of Washington’s most consequential regulatory debates, as lawmakers consider legislation that would significantly expand the CFTC’s authority over cryptocurrencies and prediction markets.

Hill’s confirmation solidifies leadership at the nation’s bank deposit insurer at a time of heightened focus on bank supervision, resolution planning and the stability of the financial system

Wealthspire Forms 350-Member Consulting Division

Wealthspire launched Wealthspire Institutional, a division focused on serving retirement plans, endowments and foundations nationwide. This group delivers advisory solutions, including both traditional consulting and 3(38)/outsourced chief investment officer fiduciary services, through a team of roughly 350 professionals.

According to Wealthspire, that the division will leverage integrated capabilities to offer clients greater scale, deeper research, and enhanced fiduciary and stewardship support—addressing key needs such as cost efficiency, effective governance and long-term asset management.

Mike Goss was appointed chief revenue officer of Wealthspire, leading the firm’s go-to-market strategy across private wealth, institutional advisory, and business management. He will also serve as president of Wealthspire Institutional, overseeing platform innovation, client experience, and strategic growth.
