RK Ordered to Turn Over Records in Cash Balance Discrimination Case
September 7, 2007 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - A federal
magistrate judge ruled that a pension plan sponsor operating
a cash balance plan must produce electronic documents from
its recordkeeper in an age discrimination suit, despite the
plan sponsor's argument that it did not have possession of
the data.
