Russell/Mellon Brings Asset Manager Information System to US

April 22, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Russell/Mellon Analytical Services is bringing Asset Manager Information (AMI) system to the United States.

The Tacoma, Washington company announced that AMI, already available in Europe, would now be available to US consultants and investment managers.   AMI is a Web-based tool for the collection and distribution of manager information to consultants worldwide. Rusell/Mellon said AMI currently features information on over 800 managers.

For consultants, and other firms who gather and analyze manager data, AMI helps facilitate worldwide data collection.   Consultants can opt for access to underlying data to populate their own proprietary systems or can utilize AMI’s online tools for search activities.  

AMI allows investment managers to input, manage, and store a variety of data for distribution to industry participants of their choosing.
