Security Global Investors Hires New Directors for Business Development

June 17, 2008 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Security Global Investors (SGI) announced it has hired John Dodd and Sanjay Yodh as Managing Directors of New Business Development.

Dodd will be responsible for continuing to build SGI’s institutional new business development efforts with a focus on consultants, not-for-profit organizations, family offices, public funds, and corporate pension plans. According to the announcement, he brings more than 20 years of institutional sales experience to SGI from firms such as U.S. Trust Asset Management, Friess Associates, and The Boston Company.

Yodh will concentrate on the distribution of SGI’s global alternative investment products, and will expand SGI’s presence globally, with a focus on Europe, Asia, and Australia. He has more than a decade of institutional sales experience with J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Asset Management.

The additions of Dodd and Yodh follow the recently completed acquisition and integration of two new investment teams focusing on global equity and growth equity, the company said.
