SEI Integrates, Expands DB, DC Services

is expanding its outsourced defined benefit program to offer
actuarial, administration, plan design, communications and
consulting services to plan sponsors, beginning in
January.

SEI will also begin providing integrated services for defined benefit and defined contribution plans, including combined statements and Web-based modeling on a single Web site.
Although defined benefit (pension) plan formation has
slowed dramatically over the past several years, a number
of providers have recently taken steps to expand and
solidify their relationships with plan sponsors by offering
integrated product offerings for multiple plan types.
