SEI Launches Performance Reporting Alternative

September 20, 2001(PLANSPONSOR.com) - SEI Investments Company introduced PerformanceStation, a portfolio performance measurement and reporting solution for bank trust departments, money managers and investment advisors.

The platform, which was developed in partnership with software developer First Rate Investment Systems, allows users to provide performance reports to their plan sponsor, and other investment account clients.

PerformanceStation allows performance analysis by sector and asset class and features

  • calculation of returns before and after taxes and gross and net of fees,
  • choice of reporting periods,
  • unlimited composite and portfolio aggregation,
  • user defined indices,
  • flexible composite creation and maintenance, and
  • presentation-quality graphics.

Performance calculations and reports generated by PerformanceStation, which SEI clients can distribute via the Internet or by e-mail to their clients, conform to industry standards promoted by the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR).

PerformanceStation data is integrated SEI’s Trust 3000 trust accounting system and the group?s StrataWeb, which allows client-initiated access to account data at any time via the Internet.

An outsourced version of PerformanceStation is being offered to financial institutions and advisors as well. This version offers complete Performance Station functionality with the SEI Private Trust Company providing daily data review and validation along with back-office processing.
