Seligman Slashes Plan Fees
March 27, 2008 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Seligman is
discounting retirement plan takeover fees for Seligman Growth
401(k) plans, the company announced.

Plans with at least $500,000 in assets that are established between April 1 through June 30, 2008, will have all setup fees waived, Seligman said.
The normal Seligman Growth 401(k) set-up fee ranges from $1,150 to $1,500 and includes personalized employee enrollment booklets.
