SSgA Rolls Out European Property Fund

Global Advisors (SSgA) has unveiled a new European property
fund marketed for institutional investors.

The Balzac Real Estate Europe index fund is designed to mirror the returns of the EPRA Liquid 40 real estate index and will be managed by SSgA subsidiary, the Tuckerman Group.
United States-based Tuckerman Group currently manages more than $801 million in property assets.
