Standard Enhances Participant Web Options

July 29, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - The Standard Insurance Company has upgraded its Retirement Planning Center Web site for participants with a series of enhancements.

The Portland, Oregon-based firm notes changes that include:

  • regular updates of asset class performance averages,
  • updated tax and inflation information and Social Security benefit estimates, and
  • the addition of a link to a page about INFOLINE, The Standard’s interactive voice response system.

“The additions to the Retirement Planning Center provide greater value to participants,” said Nazanin Rahnama, The Standard’s director of Project Management. “The new streamlined menu is particularly useful as participants can connect quickly from this site to the Personal Savings Center where they can access their account information and make changes based on their planning calculations.”

To view the Retirement Planning Center, go to http://retirement.standard.com and select “Planning Tools.”
