SunGard Updates Relius Government Forms 1099/W-2 Product

With the update, users of Government Forms 1099/W-2 will be able to batch import recipient data in XML batch mode.  Rather than one filer and one form at a time, preparers now have the ability to batch import across all filers, recipients, and form types, according to a news release.

This was accomplished with addition of a Magnetic/Electronic Import feature that allows preparers to import multiple magnetic/electronic files and break theminto individual data files.  This feature creates the Filer InformationWorksheet and all of the appropriate form types for the 1099 and W-2series.
