Survey: Recovery to Bring Job-Hunting Exodus

August 26, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Once the US job market gets its sea legs back - likely within the next 12 months - lots of workers will probably head for the exits in search of more satisfying employment, a new survey finds.

According to the Job Recovery Survey, produced by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and CareerJournal.com, more than eight of ten employees polled (83%) said their resumes would start flowing once the job market and economy improved.
