SURVEY SAYS: What do you like about Harkin’s retirement plan proposal?

October 4, 2012 - In August, U.S. Senator Tom Harkin (D-Iowa) put forth a proposal for a new retirement system in America.

In September, Harkin, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions held a hearing to learn more (see “Employers Need Incentives to Offer Retirement Plans”). Harkin’s proposal has received mixed reviews (see “Harkin Retirement System Proposal Gets Mixed Reviews”).

This week, I’d like to know, what, if anything, you like about Harkin’s proposal.  You can read his proposal at http://www.harkin.senate.gov/documents/pdf/5011b69191eb4.pdf.

You may respond to the survey by 6 p.m. today at https://www.research.net/s/KCXXSF6.
