Symetra Names National Sales Manager
October 18, 2010 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Symetra Life Insurance Company has named Richard Moran vice president and national sales manager for the company’s retirement and life insurance products.

Moran will be responsible for sales planning, territory management, team development, and producer support.
According to a press release, most recently, Moran managed a retirement income sales team at MassMutual Financial Group. Prior to MassMutual, he held a variety of sales and marketing positions at UBS Financial Services, Bear Stearns, Smith Barney, and Merrill Lynch.
