Synhrgy Launches Absence Management Product

Synhrgy’s Absence Management offers employers a way to control direct and indirect costs associated with worker absences. The product incorporates Web-based access for employees and managers in addition to call centers and absence managers to provide client support during established business hours.

Absence Management provides employers with the technology and processes to manage absences that, among other thngs, qualify for the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), state and local mandates, and individual corporate policies.   Synhrgy said the product is intended to help companies keep a handle on:
