SYSCOM Launches New Information System

July 5, 2001 ( - Plan sponsors now have a new tool in their data management toolbox following the launch of a new information system for pension administration from SYSCOM.

PERSpectives is a suite of applications that provides for more accurate collection of participant data.

Key features include:

  • protection against duplicate member data, and
  • user-driven pension calculations, which make changes more cost effective.

In addition, users can post employer remittances, report taxes, produce forms, provide retirement benefit estimates, calculate disability retirements, provide correspondence, access member related forms and answer telephone calls.

The product can be fully integrated with a variety of productivity enhancing tools, such as:

  • workflow and document management,
  • integrated voice response,
  • fax,
  • web, and
  • automated correspondence.
