Talbot Leaves SSgA For BGI
July 14, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Mark Talbot, the
former head of international fixed income at State Street
Global Advisors (SSgA), is leaving to head up Barclays Global
Investors' (BGI) United States domestic bonds team.

After Talbot’s departure, SSgA announced the promotion of Vincent Kok to head its international fixed income team. Kok was previously head of SSgA’s global bond group based in London, where he will continue in his new position, according to an Investments & Pensions Europe report.
Kok will be responsible for the management of SSgA’s global fixed income investment process outside the United States. He will report toSean Flannery, head of global fixed income in Boston.
