FlexSystem allows employees to use pre-tax dollars toward expenses such as:
- Medical expenses
- Health Insurance Premiums
- Dependant care
TASC contrasts FlexSystem to a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), pointing to the difference in employer’s cost. With an HRA, the employer funds the account, pays the administrative costs and the benefit as well. FlexSystem is employee-funded therefore the employer only pays the administrative cost.
