In this new role, Lewis will oversee the Defined Contribution, Technical & Legal Compliance, Participant Services, and Client Support Services departments. She will report directly to Tegrit CEO, Mike Spickard.
From 1996 to 2010, Lewis was employed by a CPA firm, where she served as a director, and was responsible for practice development, managing the unit’s profitability and directing the staff of the department for multiple offices. She joined Tegrit Group in 2011 as manager of Client and Advisor Experience. She holds both a QKA and QPA designation.
“The 401(k) industry and particularly retirement plan TPAs are facing numerous challenges due to a number of factors. With this promotion, Tegrit Group will be able to fully leverage Paula’s passion, technical depth, and her many years of experience running a TPA operation very similar to ours,” said Spickard.
