TheLadders.com Expands Services

July 21, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – TheLadders.com, a recruitment site for professionals ($100K+), will be expanding its services to include all professional careers.

TheLadders offers a suite of job search solutions, providing job seekers with access to relevant careers, confidential candidate-to-recruiter connections, personalized career coaching and professionally rewritten resumes. According to a recent press release, effective September 2011, these services will no longer be exclusive to $100K+ salaried professionals.

A study from Harris Interactive found that 43% of $100K+ job seekers who switched jobs in the past year utilized TheLadders.

“It’s time for us to apply [our] knowledge to help even more people advance in their careers, and help employers and recruiters fill even more jobs,” said Marc Cenedella, Founder and CEO of TheLadders, in the press release. “The key is finding the right fit, the right person for the right job.
