Time Off Recordkeeping Program Announced

December 12, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Managers searching for an easier way to keep track of their employees' hours may want to consider a new product from a Seekonk, Massachusetts company.

The product from iSarla, Inc. is an add-on Time Off Module to its iEmployee suite of online applications, which makes it easier to accurately track a worker’s holiday, vacation, and leave time, according to the company.

ISarla said the Time Off Module eliminates paying for time taken off, but not recorded, and reduces the potential for undermanned departments due to too many employees taking time off at once.

The company said the new module eliminates multiple data entry by automatically integrating with timesheets and payroll modules producing timesheets, time off reports, and payroll.

Managers should no longer need “Leave Request” forms, as the time off process is handled online, according to the company. The managers can view submitted and/or approved requests for a given month at a glance with an integrated calendar function.
