TotalRewards Enhances Compensation Expense Reporting

According to a press release, the HR Executive Dashboard is a roll-up, management report that analyzes all of a company’s total compensation expenditures. When added to TotalCompBuilder.com’s Web-based software, the module processes employees’ cash compensation and benefits data uploaded into the system and provides a detailed, companywide report breaking down each category by number of participants, participation ratios, average by employee, and total.

The Promotion Module allows clients to send targeted promotional messages in print and e-mail to just those employees who will be receiving a statement, the release said. Messages can be sent to employees who have not yet visited their statement online or to those that have.

The HR Executive Dashboard and Promotion Module are both available with the company’s TotalCompBuilder.com platform. Other modules of the platform include Candidate, Stock Option, Change Password, and Personalized FAQ. An Analytics Module is upcoming.
