Transamerica Offers Free Annual Retirement Plan Review

June 16, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Transamerica Retirement Services has pulled the curtain back on a new annual review product for plan sponsors.

The Annual Plan Review is being offered free of charge to Transamerica clients putting forward a customized review of their plan that includes industry comparisons in categories ranging from annual deferral rate to employer matching contributions and a look at investment options and total plan asset allocation, according to a news release.

Other features of the yearly review includes:

  • Face-to-Face Customer Service – large plan sponsors receive an analysis conducted by a local Transamerica Retirement Services account executive and their producer.
  • Recommendations for plan improvements – includes changing investment options and adjusting vesting and matching limits.
  • Point-of-Time Reporting – review looks at up-to-date information about the plan and the industry, allowing for real-time adjustments and improvements to the plan.

The Annual Plan Review is initially available to Transamerica Retirement Services’ large Signature Services clients. Transamerica plans to make it available to additional clients later this year.
