The website update brings a more modern retirement plan support and administration interface to TriStar clients, the firm says. The new website features secure client service portals and access to TriStar’s bi-monthly newsletters.
The new site also features expanded educational content and interactive tools, such as a deadline checklist for plan sponsors, frequently asked questions for employees, and a blog element. Content and tools are divided into three categories for easier access by employers, employees and financial advisers.
This arrangement should be more straightforward in providing relevant articles and tools to various user groups, the firm says. The website’s digital library will continue to expand in the coming months.
