Watson Wyatt Kicks Off Workforce Planning Practice

The new unit, to be headed by Jane Paradiso, will be located in the Benefits Consulting Group, Watson Wyatt said.

According to the company, the new unit wlll:

  • help organizations identify gaps between staffing needs and current and projected demographics
  • determine the strategy for recruiting, retaining and redeploying or retraining critical talent implement and monitor
  • chose strategies and solutions.

Watson Wyatt said Paradiso has experience in helping clients develop and implement retention and recruiting strategies.   Paradiso joined Watson Wyatt two years ago when the company acquired Talisman Technologies Corporation, a consulting firm that specialized in technology-driven recruiting and staffing.
