Watson Wyatt Names New Director of Retirement Consulting Services in North America
In this role, Shaddy will have overall responsibility for managing and driving growth within the firm’s retirement consulting business throughout North America, according to the Watson Wyatt announcement.
Shaddy has been with Watson Wyatt for 11 years, serving for the past six years as the Central Division retirement practice leader. He has more than 20 years of consulting experience in all aspects of corporate retirement programs, including plan design, financial management, and plan administration.
Shaddy is an associate in the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and an enrolled actuary under ERISA.
