Westminster Consulting Hires DB Practice Leader

Peters will lead the firm’s defined benefit consulting practice and will immediately interact with the firm’s clients. Peters, a Certified Public Accountant and an Enrolled Actuary, joins Westminster Consulting with over 30 years of experience in employee benefits, according to a press release.   

He has experience with all aspects of benefit plans, including qualified, nonqualified, defined benefit, and defined contribution plans and with developing and executing HR and Benefit strategies designed to meet corporate objectives.

For most of his career, Peters was a Principal at Mercer Human Resource Consulting where he managed client relationships and consulted to clients on benefit and other human resource related issues. Prior to joining Mercer, he was a Manager with Pricewaterhouse and provided retirement and tax consulting to clients.  

Peters received a BA in Economics from Upsala College in New Jersey and an MBA in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickenson University in New Jersey.
