Willis Acquires Benefits Software Provider
January 2, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Atlanta-based
Sunaro Inc, a provider of employee benefits software, has
been acquired by Willis Group Holdings.

Willis, a London-based insurance broker, said the transaction would compliment its employee benefits insurance group and is consistent with its plans to build practice groups with strong growth potential, according to a Dow Jones report. .
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Willis has been looking to add to its business since October, when it was announced it is exploring possible acquisition targets. In December Willis acquired Marietta, Georgia-based Special Risk Advisors International LLC, a sports and entertainment insurance brokerage.
