WorkforceLogic and ABE Services Merge HR Mgmt Forces
April 3, 2006 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - WorkforceLogic and
ABE Services have announced the merger of the two companies
that provide workforce management solutions.

According to the announcement the combined company will offer a broad range of services and software solutions ranging from strategic assessments of how to manage and optimize a company’s workforce; solution definition and delivery, such as 1099 compliance and risk analysis; full supplier management and services; and payroll processing systems.
The new company will retain the WorkforceLogic brand, the announcement said.
ABE Services provides 1099 risk management and payroll services, while WorkforceLogic is a software and services company that is best known for its vendor management system (VMS) for contingent workforce management.
