Providing total control over both sales and non-sales based compensation, the combination of solutions enables Workscape to offer a full-end-to-end sales compensation management solution and enables Callidus Software to offer new functionality such as salary and merit planning and stock option allocations to its customers, a press release said.
Workscape Compensation Planner provides guidelines, budget control and approvals to all merit, bonus, stock and other elements of compensation planning for general employees. It not only tracks salary increases and rewards associated with annual performance reviews, but also manages off-cycle compensation changes to help avoid budget overruns, according to the press release.

It enables companies to manage the entire incentive and sales compensation processes, from calculation to reporting to dispute resolution.
