Xignite Offers Executive Compensation Database

November 3, 2006 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Financial service provider Xignite will now offer its subscribers access to compensation details of US executives and directors.

XigniteCompensation will offer customers up to five years of compensation information on directors and officers of public US companies, including salaries, cash compensation, options grants, auditor fees and other stock-related compensation, according to a press release. The database will also provide key corporate financial performance data.

The California-based company is redistributing the US Executive Compensation database compiled by Hemscott, Inc. to make it available as a SOAP-based Web service.

“Executive biographical and compensation information has traditionally been neither integrated with the proper applications, nor very affordable,” said Stephane Dubois, CEO of Xignite, in the release. “We enable customers to slice and dice this information and pay only for the data they need,” he added.
