Yates, based in the firm’s Chicago office, has 20 years of experience helping clients communicate within their organizations. She joined Watson Wyatt in 2000 as the Central Division communication practice leader in Chicago. Previously, she held corporation communications and management positions at several major corporations.
Yates holds a B.A. in communications from Pennsylvania State University and graduated from the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. She is past president of the Council of Communication Management and serves on the Board of the Courage Foundation.
