Zurich Appoints Head of Sales – Corporate Life and Pensions North America
August 17, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Zurich has appointed Lance Henderson as Head of Sales – Corporate Life and Pensions North America for Global Life.

In this role, Henderson will be responsible for managing the Corporate Life & Pensions sales force in North America, developing and implementing both short and long term sales strategies, and spearheading marketing initiatives, while maintaining high standards of support and relationship maintenance to his sales team.
According to a press release, Henderson formerly held the position of Regional Director – Americas for Allianz Group where he was responsible for managing an employee benefits network in the Americas, Middle East and Africa. Prior to that role, he worked with American International Group as Deputy Director in the International Benefits Division.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Valparaiso University and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and a certified member of the Health Insurance Association of America.
