A 401k Plan Unveiled for Small Businesses

October 17, 2005 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - ShareBuilder has launched a new 401(k) plan designed specifically for businesses with less than 50 employees.

The ShareBuilder 401(k) carries a flat $15 monthly fee per participant, according to a company news release.   There is no employer administrative fee and a .65% annual asset fee.

The portfolios provided by the ShareBuilder 401(k) plan consist exclusively of Exchange Traded Funds.   PAi will provide back-end administration for the employer and participant recordkeeping, according to the announcement.
