A Little Friday File Fun (09/18)

September 18, 2009 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - They say that a picture is worth a thousand words...

Well, here’s a few words (no picture):

– – – In New Castle, Pennsylvania , a state trooper was concerned when he saw what appeared to be an emergency vehicle, with a flashing red and blue strobe lights, driving south on a heavily trafficked road, on the verge of creating additional emergencies – – – driving in an “”extremely aggressive” manager, “closely following” other southbound vehicles until those motorists pulled to the side of the four-lane state highway, and in the process nearly causing at least two traffic accidents – – – only to notice that the truck’s emergency run came to an abrupt conclusion – – – when its driver and a passenger reached their destination – – – on what appears to have been an “emergency” run for a late-night snack by Brian E. Cole, 19, and passenger Terry J. Rhyndress, 20 – – –

And how did Brian explain those actions? He explained that “he was from the country, and he was allowed to do more out there because it was more lenient where he lives” – – – Brian is now charged with impersonation of a public servant, and two traffic infractions, following too closely and driving with red and blue lights – – – Terry has also been charged with impersonation of a public servant – – –

OK, so cats enjoy a reputation for being somewhat fastidious, and averse to getting wet. But maybe it just depends on how thirsty they are...
