New Britain, Connecticut-based Avery’s Beverages is now selling “Woof Water”, a bottled water for dogs and their companions. According to the New Britain Herald, Avery General Manager Rob Metz said customers told him they wanted a water they could share with their pets. The result: Woof Water, a pure natural spring water packaged in half-liter bottles. Metz calls it “hydration for hounds and their humans.”
A portion of proceeds from Woof Water sales will go to the Our Companions Domestic Animal Sanctuary, the company says. Woof Water is available at the firm’s Corbin Avenue bottling plant, pet-related retailers or by delivery. It sells for $1 a bottle or $4.50 per six-pack.
