In his new role, Kennedy will work with clients across Canada to diagnose current issues and opportunities related to employee and organizational health, and to design and implement health programs aligned with business priorities.
He has 15 years of experience working with organizations to design, develop, and deliver effective workplace health programs. Prior to joining the company, Kennedy co-founded a firm providing disability management, occupational health, wellness and occupational medicine services. He has also worked for a provider of employee and family assistance programs as a subject matter expert in health management, as well as a national human resources consulting and administration firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree specializing in health promotion.
