Aon Opens Corporate Investigative Group

May 23, 2006 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - The consulting arm of Aon Corporation has added a corporate investigative services group as part of its Financial Advisory and Litigation Consulting Services practice.

According to a release, the group is meant to assist organizations with corporate investigations and with regulatory compliance by working with law firms, corporations, governmental entities and not-for-profit organizations.

Robert Huff will serve as the managing director and global leader of the new group, and Daniel Sullivan as the senior director.

Huff joined Aon from Kroll, where he was a managing director and practice head of internal investigations and security services for the Western Region. He also served as a member of Ernst & Young’s fraud and forensic accounting group and was a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Sullivan also came to Aon from Kroll, where he was a director in the company’s business intelligence and investigations practice. He spent two decades with the New York City Police Department, where he served as a sergeant and detective for the department. He also worked directly for the Internal Affairs Bureau chief, conducting highly-confidential and sensitive internal investigations.
