B of A, Diversified Team on Small (k) Product
The new product complements the bank’s existing small 401(k) plan product.
Banc of America Capital Management will provide:
– sales and marketing
– client services
– investment management expertise with select mutual
funds.
Diversified will primarily provide participant recordkeeping and administrative services.
The new product includes funds from Nations Funds and Diversified Investment Advisors, as well as other third-party offerings.
Also included are paperless enrollment, ongoing support materials printed in both English and Spanish, and round-the-clock access through the Internet and a voice response unit.
Banc of America Capital Management is the investment management arm of Bank of America.
