Benefits Online Helps Canadian HR Pros Compare Plans

February 12, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - A new Towers Perrin product, Benefits Online, allows Canadian human resources professionals to see how their proposed benefits programs stack up against those offered by companies in their peer group.

The ability to instantaneously compare proposed benefits programs with others in the market may help companies manage costs. It may also help come up with a benefits plan that can attract and retain top talent, Towers said in its press release.

Benefits Online also features:

  • custom analyses of the prevalence of benefit plans and provisions among participants in the database, and
  • plan summaries, which provide detailed descriptions of each participant’s benefit plans

Benefits Online allows HR professionals to compare retirement and savings plans, benefits plans, and employee assistance programs, Towers said.
