Burns has 28 years of experience in the retirement services industry. Most recently, she served as a vice president, senior portfolio manager at BlackRock where she was responsible for managing and maintaining client investment relationships. Previously, as vice president, senior portfolio manager at AllianceBernstein, Burns led a team of portfolio managers and assistants overseeing the Private High Net Worth division.Burns holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and was a CFA Exam Grader as well as a member of the CFA Council of Examiners, Level II. She received her BS from Marymount College and her MBA from Pace University.
