Carroll Gets John Hancock Promotion

(PLANSPONSOR.com) – Robert L. Carroll has been promoted to divisional vice president, Eastern Division, of John Hancock Retirement Plan Services
(RPS).

Arthur Creel, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, of RPS, said in a news release that Carroll will be responsible for sales, sales support and operations. Carroll, who reports to Creel, is based in Boston.
Carroll, who most recently served as RPS’s Midwest Regional Sales Manager, joined the company as an enroller in 1997. He was promoted to regional vice president in Chicago in 2000 and then to midwest regional sales manager in 2006.
He earned a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Business Administration from Illinois State University.
