CCF&N Merges With Florida HR Firm
September 23, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Connelly, Carlisle, Fields & Nichols (CCF&N) has merged with Oldsmar, Florida-based Triton HR.
Triton’s vice presidents and co-founders, Anthony Arcaro and John Arcaro, have joined CCF&N, with Anthony being named Sales Director and John as a Benefits Advisor.
With Triton’s ASO knowledge combined with CCF&N’s insurance services, the merged companies now have increased abilities to deliver comprehensive and customized services in the areas of insurance, HR, payroll, and employee benefits to their clients.
“CCF&N has been looking to expand our administrative services, especially on the payroll side,” said James Nichols, Partner at CCF&N. “Merging with Triton HR allows us to offer a broader range of solutions to our current clients, while also growing our client base.”
Triton’s Arcaro brothers bring 15 years of professional employer organization (PEO) and administrative services organization (ASO) experience to CCF&N, having founded Triton HR in 2002. The company was originally named Checkpoint HR.
