Chicago Firm Acquires St. Louis Actuary
October 17, 2005 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Chicago
Consulting Actuaries LLC (CCA), a retirement and health plan
consultant, has acquired W. Alfred Hayes & Company, a St.
Louis-based actuarial firm.

A news release said the combined group will be called CCA Strategies LLC. With the W. Alfred Hayes acquisition, CCA has added 25 employees, more than 90 clients and a new office location in St. Louis.
Additionally, the deal provides CCA with an enhanced expertise in government entities and public-sector plans.
The new Web site, www.CCAstrategies.com , will be operational today.
