CIGNA, Workscape Signup for Joint Enrollment Enhancements
November 27, 2000 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - CIGNA and
Workscape are teaming up to enhance Web-based eligibility and
enrollment capabilities for plan sponsors - allowing
employees to pick and choose the best benefits package for
them, while allowing the employer to manage the
process.

Workscape has traditionally focused on providing technology-based eligibility and enrollment solutions to large employers, while the CIGNA alliance will extend that technology across CIGNA’s enterprise in a multi-client environment, according to a press release.
CIGNA will offer the Web-based portion of its eligibility and enrollment tool set and develop additional features for employees throughout next year, including an integrated voice response component and the ability to enroll in non-CIGNA benefits.
