Delaware Investment Taps New Equity Head

April 16, 2007 (PLANSPONSOR.COM) - Delaware Investments has named Michael J. Hogan as Head of Equity Investments.

A Delaware Investments news release said Hogan will oversee all of the firm’s equity management teams.

Hogan takes over for Patrick P. Coyne, president of Delaware Investments, who had been serving as interim head of equity since being named president of Delaware Investments in July 2006.

Prior to joining Delaware Investments, Hogan spent 11 years at SEI, where he served in several leadership roles including managing director and global head of equity, according to the announcement. Hogan also spent seven years at PNC Asset Management as vice president, portfolio strategist and vice president, senior economist.

He received his bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Delaware.
