The firm’s Employment, Labor & Human Resources area is headed by David G. Gabor, formerly of Gabor & Gabor, who has more than twenty years of experience in litigation, employment and business law.
“For the past few years, employers have faced an increasing number of challenges,” he said, in the announcement. “My area of practice focuses on helping employers navigate the complex landscape.”
Gabor’s service area includes management of employees, establishment and implementation of policies and procedures, and handling and resolution of disputes. These offerings cover a range of issues from interviewing techniques to employee discipline and risk mitigation to civil litigations and mediation.
“Adding employment law was the next logical step for our growing organization,” said Wagner Managing Director Marcia Wagner, who founded the firm in 1996. “Our employee benefits clients oftentimes face employment law issues for which they need legal counsel.”
