FASB Names New Chairman

April 24, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com)-The Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) has named PricewaterhouseCoopers executive Robert Herz to succeed its outgoing chairman, Edmund Jenkins.

Herz will assume the post on completion of Jenkins’ five-year term on June 30.

Currently, Herz is a PricewaterhouseCoopers board member and leads the firm’s professional, technical, risk, and quality operations.
